The staff were friendly and professional, offering assistance promptly when needed. The cleanliness of the room was also commendable, and the affordability was appreciated. Despite some minor drawbacks like the outdated amenities and limited breakfast options, the overall experience was satisfactory for a short business stay.

I liked it, the hotel is fairly clean, has nice staff and rooms. The restaurant was good with hot breakfast here, I had excellent dishes.

The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were incredibly polite and professional. Carlie went above and beyond to make my mom's birthday special by securing extra chairs for our surprise visit. The room was well-equipped for my mom's needs, with a toilet riser and shower grab bars already installed. The location was convenient, just a short drive from BWI, and there were plenty of entertainment options nearby in Arundel. a very accommodating hotel.

Everything was simply great. Wanted to explore Hanover and this hotel was excellent base for doing it. We loved the convenience of the large king room on 4th floor.

Exceptionally friendly hotel, my first choice in Hanover. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with WiFi and air condition and a sofa. Late check-out too.

I loved taking advantage of the free shuttle service to the airport and the shopping area. The OTI Cafe served delicious Maryland-style crab cakes and the pool was a refreshing place to cool off.

Oh, and how could I forget? The wallpaper was peeling, the decor was worn out, and there were holes in the walls.

Location not to bad but became a head ache if you needed to shop or eat decent food as the restaurant was limited. The area was dark with poor lighting. However, it's close to Casino Live and the airport if that's your priority.
